2. Shipping Information

2.1 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out immediately. You can track the status of your order directly in your Shopify account once it has been shipped.
2.2 Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and other unforeseen factors. Estimated shipping times by region are as follows:

2.3 Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, if applicable).

Standard shipping fee: $4.99 for orders under $50.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated automatically at checkout, and you can review them before completing your purchase. We do not charge hidden shipping fees.
2.4 Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable global shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, YunExpress, and other local carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shopify’s shipping integration allows us to select the most efficient carrier for your location, optimizing delivery times and costs.
2.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (to the address used during checkout). You can also find the tracking number in your Shopify account under “Order Details.” Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 days to become active, as carriers need time to process the package.
2.6 Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

2.7 Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees, and we will contact you to arrange reshipping or process a refund (minus original shipping fees).
2.8 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier for possible delivery locations. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
